Each year, the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau presents the ROSE Award to stars in the hospitality industry who provide unforgettable customer service. Help the DMCVB find individuals who deserve special recognition by sharing your story of great customer service.

Tell us about the waiter who served you with a smile, the concierge who made you feel at home or the driver who showed you the city in a brand new way. When a 15-percent tip just isn’t enough, consider a ROSE Award.
