ROSE Awards Contact 

The Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau has hosted the annual Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) Award program for the past 16 years. Each year the program has grown as we have found exciting ways to honor line-level employees for the exceptional service they provide.

Nominations are currently open and will close May 31, so please help us to spread the word and encourage your guests and colleagues to nominate the best in metro Detroit hospitality. Voting categories are Restaurants, Hotels, Transportation, Volunteers, Behind the Scenes and Attractions/Casinos. Promotional materials are accessible online (see below).
