The Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau hosts the annual Recognition of Service Excellence Awards (ROSE) program as a way to honor line level employees for the extraordinary service they provide over and above what is expected of them every day. This program recognizes outstanding customer service throughout the metro Detroit area (Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties).
The ROSE Awards Ceremony & Reception will take place:
Complimentary attendance has been extended to each approved nominee and a guest. Additional guests are invited to attend in support of each nominee; cost $50 per person. Online registration will open in July.
